Jessica Sarapoff
Jessica Sarapoff has been a Shambhala Buddhist practitioner since 1989. She teaches Contemplative Writing and the Nalanda Miksang levels of contemplative photography, which she studied with John McQuade and Miriam Hall. She has studied, and continues to study, Contemplative Writing under Miriam Hall, Nathalie Goldberg, and Creative Journaling with Anne-Marie Jobin.
Formerly a professional opera singer, she has been practicing hypnotherapy and other brief and integrative therapies and contemplative arts since 2010, in her private practice and online.
