Eva Wong

Eva Wong, author and translator of thirteen books on the Taoist arts of health, meditation and Qigong, is the 19th-generation lineage carrier of Xiantianwujimen Taoism (Pre-celestial Limitless Gate School of Taoism) and 3rd-generation student of Wang Xiangzhai, founder of Yiquan martial arts and Zhangzhuan (standing Qigong).

Start off 2025 with this retreat on The Four Foundations of Mindfulness, as taught by Chögyam Trungpa. We will explore how these teachings connect to creativity, playfulness and improvisation, including practices of movement and voice. Open to everyone!
Shambhala Training Level 2 – Open to All
