Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines movement, breathing, and meditation to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health. A gentle yet powerful form of exercise, it can be practised by people of all ages and fitness levels.
Our collection of Qi Gong programmes from 3 - 18 May, taught by Eva Wong and Damien Sauvezie includes a variety of practices from the Xiantianwujimen lineage, a well-established Taoist tradition founded by Chen Xiyi in 10th century China. The name “Xiantianwujimen” means “Primordial Limitless Gate”, and the practice emphasises the simultaneous cultivation and transformation of body and mind.
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner in this lineage, we have something for you. If you are new to Qi Gong, try the combination of Level 1 & 2 and Exploring Energetic Terrain. For our longterm practitioners Eva Wong will offer the advanced course "Stocking the Scholar and Warrior Fire" (prerequisites apply).
