Join us at this special time of the year for a contemplative and deepening programme in the warm and comfortable setting of Dechen Chöling.

This intimate retreat in the familiar atmosphere of the centre at winter will leave you rested, grounded, refreshed and inspired. An excellent passage to the new year!

Practitioners of Ngöndro, Werma and Scorpion Seal, you will spend this week together and do your specific practice while benefiting from the strength of group exchange.

Acharya David Hope will lead this gathering and offer guidance and instruction for the various levels of practice. Recorded talks of the Sakyong will also be shared. Periods of silence are expected most days.

This retreat counts towards requirements for group practice.

The whole retreat will be held in the château: Shrine room, Marpa area and Tenno room. Family-style meals will be shared around the same table and will reinforce the warmth of our group.

New Years’s Eve will be celebrated with a festive dinner.

May goodness become the new spirit and culture of humanity
– Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, excerpt from colophon of the Shambhala Vow
