A one-day review programme open to all those who have ALREADY completed Qigong Levels 1 & 2 with a teacher accredited by Eva Wong. Taught in French.
REVISION OF QIGONG 1&2
If you have successfully completed the Qigong 1&2 programme with a teacher accredited by Eva Wong, and would like to refresh your knowledge and practice your skills, then this programme is for you!
Revision day: Sunday August 25, 2024
Please arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 am to start session at 10 am. A vegetarian lunch at the centre is served at 12:30.
The afternoon session starts at 2:00 pm, and the programme ends at 5 pm.
Things to bring:
- comfortable clothing
- handouts from Levels 1 & 2
