After many years, we are delighted to welcome Khandro Rinpoche again at Dechen Chöling!
Mindrolling Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche is a unique teacher in many respects. She is one of very few women lamas in the Tibetan Buddhist world, and is recognised as a lineage holder in both the Kagyu and Nyingma schools.
This programme includes:
- a two-day retreat (May 12 and 13), led by senior teachers Catherine Eveillard and Tessa Racine, as a preparation for and introduction to the teachings offered by Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche
- two days of teaching (May 14 and 15) on the Refuge and Bodhisattva Vows by Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche
- for those who wish to take the vows, there will be a ceremony on the evening of the 14th (Refuge Vow) and on the afternoon of the 15th (Bodhisattva Vow).
Here is a teaching of Rinpoche on the meaning of taking refuge.
