It is noticeable that whenever a pause in the action occurs, there is an almost automatic space of contemplation; the mind wastes no time in dwelling on its anxieties but finds within its own solitude, as well as in the stillness of nature, the means of refreshment and renewal.” – Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

Through guided meditation sessions from experienced teachers, moments of quiet reflection, opportunities to immerse oneself in nature, and the teachings of meditation masters Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Western Buddhist nun Pema Chodron, you will learn how to reconnect with your inner stillness and rediscover balance in your daily life.

What to Expect:

  • Meditation: Accessible practices to cultivate awareness and presence.
  • Rejuvenation: A peaceful environment to slow down, relax, and nourish body and mind.
  • Connection with Self: Tools and guidance to deepen self-awareness and confidence.
  • Nature’s nourishment: Walks and contemplative time in the tranquil French countryside.

Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking a gentle reset, this retreat offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and recharge.

Join us for a week of self-discovery, opening, and inspiration.
