Home / From Stillness to Action

The journey of meditation begins with making friends with ourselves on the cushion – settling the mind, opening the heart, and touching our fundamental nature. But this internal journey naturally flows outward into how we meet the world.

This spring, we’re offering two powerful opportunities to explore both dimensions: a month-long Dathün focused on deepening your meditation practice, and a Protector Practice Weekthün that reveals how awareness manifests as compassionate action.

These complementary retreats show us that whether we’re sitting in silence or engaged in activity, we’re always practicing the art of being fully present and extending ourselves to others.
