Following the withdrawal of Han de Wit for health reasons, Jim O’Neill has kindly accepted to replace him.

Buddhist psychology is grounded in the understanding that the nature of mind is intrinsically healthy and sane. The goal of all practice is to reveal that sanity by stripping away unnecessary obstacles and impediments.

Opportunities to deepen and enrich our understanding are therefore increasingly important and helpful: What are you actually doing when you sit there on our meditation cushion?  What is really happening?

In this programme of study and practice you will :

  • Befriend yourself as you are, and stop trying to be someone you’re not
  • Access the wisdom of emotions and learn how to work with difficult ones
  • Embody deep listening skills and resource yourself when working with others
  • Address long-standing fears and challenges in relationships
  • Explore the invisible forces of life and learn to synchronize with the magic
