Understanding Buddhist Psychology: Undressing To Emptiness with Jim O’Neill |
Sunday April 30th - Saturday May 6th |
Buddhist psychology is grounded in the understanding that the nature of mind is intrinsically healthy and sane. The goal of all practice is to reveal that sanity by stripping away unnecessary obstacles and impediments. |
| James O’Neill is a beloved teacher in the Shambhala community. He has been a psychoanalytic psychotherapist since 1990 with a practice in London. He is also the author of “Undressing” where he narrates stories of individuals who have found their own way out of traumatic suffering and combines these with expositions of western and buddhist psychological views. |
