Programme

This small program is dedicated to those who can come and garden for a day and is designed especially for people living in the area.

The working day is punctuated with moments of meditation or exercises from Mudra Space Awareness and moments of discussion emerge spontaneously during our breaks. We will share a pic nic. Please note that this is not a gardening class!

“The earth, a few tools and the intention to be present replace phones, screens and social networks.

We walk through the seasons with simplicity, step by step trying to feel our energy and organise ourselves according to what the garden offers. Throughout the day we try to coordinate body and mind in different actions sometimes repetitive that often invite us to reconsider our ambitions especially when the task is difficult or requires skill or patience.
Gardening invites us to slow down and sharpen our sense of observation in order to connect with the world as it is and allow it to tell us what it has to say and perhaps transform us! We seek to increase our presence in order to better feel its richness and resources. Being more aware of what is happening within us and around us allows us to understand how to act in a more accurate way individually and collectively.
We make decisions related to the reality of the situation and the people who work with us. We can look at how powerful our ego feels in a virtual world and how humility and gentleness are needed when we are challenged by reality. Maybe you will leave the garden with a sense of peace or a greater awareness of how we can care for the world”.
