Meditation, contemplation and study

August 14, 2008

After the busy month of July with many families with children on the land when Family Camp, Sun Camp and the Kyudo programme happened simultaneously, August at the Land of Great Bliss is much more quiet. The participants of the Summer Dathün and Sutrayana Seminary are immersing themselves in meditation, contemplation and study. It is the first time these two programmes are held at the same time, and is experienced as a very good match by participants and staff.

At the same time the Dechen Chöling staff is saying goodbye already to many (summer) staff. We will remember their friendliness and generosity and perseverance. Certainly all are welcome to come back next summer!

The programme schedule for next years calendar is being finalized this month. We will put the available information on this website as soon as dates are finalized.
